One of our favorite things to cook outside is breakfast!  There really is nothing like emerging into the morning air and fixing a hearty breakfast in the great outdoors.  

It's a warm spring Friday, and the return of nice weather has us thinking about cooking outside this weekend.  What could be better than some juicy burgers hot off of the....griddle?

One of our favorite things anywhere is Maria Medoro's spaghetti with clams at Cucina Medoro, and she was kind enough to make some for us in our new ANYWARE™ 12" Skillet!  She also made fantastic scrambled eggs with tomato, mushroom and herbs - a simple dish packed with flavor. This dish has really terrific flavor, and the grilled vegetables Maria makes on our ceramic double-burner griddle are a perfect side.
