Order Processing Times
Please note: The Covid-19 pandemic has slowed shipping times throughout the United States due to unprecedented e-commerce shopping demand. We ship most orders from a third-party fulfillment warehouse in California that is considered to be an essential business, and it is maintaining normal business operations with new safety procedures in place. All of the shipping carriers that we utilize are experiencing much heavier-than-normal demand for their services, and as a result our delivery times may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience while the entire country moves through this challenging, frequently-changing situation. Orders placed on www.littlegriddle.com before 10 am Eastern Standard Time on weekdays are typically shipped on the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will ship on the next business day. Standard (non-“Express”) orders may take two business days to ship when we are experiencing heavy shipment volumes, such as during holiday sales periods. You will be notified by email when your order ships, and you will receive a tracking number at that time. Little Griddle does not ship on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays.
If your order is urgent or you have special requests regarding your shipment, please let us know at the time you place your order. We cannot promise to fulfill every request, but do promise to make every reasonable effort.
Occasionally we will open orders for items that are pre-production, back-ordered, or otherwise out-of-stock. If this is the case the item will note on its product page that it is not in stock and its estimated arrival date. You will be billed when you order, and your items will ship when the product is in stock.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free “Standard” ground shipping for orders placed on www.littlegriddle.com for delivery within the United States on purchases of $40 and higher. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days of shipment. Please note that this delivery time is in addition to the time required to process your order.
Our rates for shipping are based on weight and destination and are calculated at checkout based on your order criteria. Carriers are chosen at our discretion. A signature is not required for delivery unless requested by the carrier or by you when you place your order.
www.littlegriddle.com offers express 2-day shipping within the United States as an option at checkout. Because our products are often heavy, for next-day shipping please contact for a rate quote to your area.
Due to increased fulfillment costs, Little Griddle is not shipping outside of the United States and its territories at this time. We regret any inconvenience that this causes for our international customers.
In order to return an item for a refund or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must be returned to Little Griddle within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Please note that gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds. To arrange a return, please contact Little Griddle prior to shipping your product - returns without contact information cause delays in processing refunds.

Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return.
To return an item from outside the United States, please contact Little Griddle for instructions on preparing and sending your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. On processing your return a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For discretionary (non-defective) returns, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you believe that you have received a broken or defective product, please contact Little Griddle to arrange an exchange, and we will evaluate your concern under our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
